Refund policy

We want you and your little one to love your Wazoo Bucket. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In unused condition

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Because our products are designed for children and bath use, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, chewed, or heavily worn for hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at contact@wazoobuckets.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for the return

Our team will reply with instructions on how to send your item back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order.
